What is the difference between 9:16 and 16:9?
Aspect ratio describes frame shape, not performer count or duration. A tall frame emphasizes height while a wide frame provides horizontal room. The model still arranges the shot; selecting wide does not guarantee all five people remain visible.

Does changing the format simply crop the demo?
No. Aspect ratio is sent as a generation option. The service does not promise two crops of an identical master video. Requesting another format means a separate generation and can produce different motion, expression and composition.

Should I choose 480p or 720p?
Standard 480p is listed at $5.99 per video; HD 720p is $8.99. Higher resolution gives a larger output, not another song, longer duration or a guarantee of facial accuracy. Verify availability and final price before paying.
If the source face is blurred or covered, choose a better portrait rather than relying on HD to reconstruct it perfectly. Lip-sync timing and identity errors are separate from resolution.
Can I change the format after payment?
Treat resolution and aspect ratio as part of the paid order. There is no post-purchase format switch that regenerates it for free. Review both fields in the confirmation dialog.
Cropping a finished file in another editor is a separate workflow. It can cut off performers and cannot reveal image content that was never present in the original frame.
