Start in a browser you can return to
Use a regular browser tab whose cookies you intend to keep. If you arrived through an in-app browser, consider opening the site in your usual browser before uploading or paying. Orders are associated with the original browser; changing browsers after payment can hide that history.
This is a website, not an app-store download or social-camera filter. Do not install another application or pay another service simply to follow these steps.
Choose the person and the band role
Tap the intended role in the studio. Your phone opens its photo or file picker; system labels depend on the device. Choose one clear adult portrait and wait for its photo check. Select Lead for the singer, not the first slot.
Repeat for other roles if wanted. A group picture cannot automatically fill the band. JPG, PNG and WebP are accepted, up to 10 MB each. If a phone photo uses another format, export a supported copy first.
Review the options before checkout
Vertical 9:16 gives a tall frame; horizontal 16:9 gives a wide frame. These are generation choices, not a switch you apply to a completed order. Standard is listed at $5.99 and HD at $8.99; verify the final amount at checkout.
- Check portrait previews, resolution and aspect ratio.
- Confirm permission to use the portraits.
- Open the confirmation dialog and optionally enter an email for the finished link.
- Continue to checkout, review the amount and pay.
- Return to the same browser; do not submit another paid order while the first is running.
Watch and save the result
When the completed video appears, tap to play and enable sound if muted. Use Download to save the MP4. Save/share controls and file locations depend on your phone; check browser downloads rather than assuming the video is already in your photo library.
Open the saved file once to verify playback. Private browsing, cleared cookies or another browser can lose access to your order history. Server download access lasts up to 30 days from completion.
What the example frame means
This still comes from the public reference video, not from your phone or a video made with your portrait. It illustrates the band look only; framing, faces and timing can vary in generated output.
