Current status: This is a visual preview. Personalized video creation and payment are not available on this site yet.
No checkout at this time
No payment is being collected on the current public studio; there is no order, subscription, credit balance or downloadable personalized video to deliver or refund. The visible $5.99 USD Standard/480p and $8.99 USD HD/720p amounts are planned one-time prices, not active purchase buttons or final sale terms.
No personalized delivery yet
Selecting a portrait shows a temporary browser preview only. The video on the page is a fixed reference sample, not a generated result based on your photo. No turnaround time, output length, download access window or delivery method is offered today.
Future purchases
Before we activate checkout, this page will be revised to explain the actual seller, final currency and price, what each purchase provides, delivery and access windows, cancellation eligibility, how to request a refund, and how technical nondelivery or duplicate charges will be handled. Do not rely on the former Zombie Video Lab site's fulfillment or retention periods for this separate website. Applicable consumer rights will remain unaffected.
Unexpected charge or question
If you believe you were charged for this site, email hello@zombievideolab.com with “Tiny Desk AI Videos — Billing question”, the date, amount and non-sensitive transaction reference. Do not send card numbers or photos. Confirm the charge with your bank or payment provider if necessary. We cannot promise a refund of a transaction we cannot identify or that did not originate here.
