Scope and contact

This policy covers tinydeskaivideos.com. For a privacy question or request, email hello@zombievideolab.com and identify the site in your subject. This mailbox belongs to the project team's existing publicly listed support channel. We will revise this notice before any new paid photo-processing flow goes live.

Photos selected in the preview

When you choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image in the current studio, the browser creates a temporary local preview. The selected photo stays in your browser; the current studio does not send that photo to our server, an AI provider, or a payment service. Removing the photo or closing or refreshing the page removes the preview. We do not store the selected photo or create a video from it through this interface.

Do not use a photo of a minor or anyone whose likeness you lack permission to use. Our sample video is a fixed reference file delivered through our server from object storage; it is not made from your photo.

Technical data and third parties

As with other websites, hosting and infrastructure providers may process your IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. The reference video is served from object storage through our site. This site's stylesheet requests fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your browser's IP address and request details. We do not currently run advertising pixels or an analytics dashboard in the public preview.

Separate legacy API code remains in this repository for later development, but the visible studio does not call its checkout or video-generation endpoints. If you directly access a legacy billing/status endpoint, it may issue a signed visitor cookie for that endpoint; it is not needed to browse the studio. Do not submit photos or payment information to legacy endpoints.

Messages and retention

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you provide. We use it to answer and investigate your request; email and provider logs may be kept for legitimate support, security or legal needs, then removed according to the relevant provider's settings and applicable requirements. We cannot promise a fixed deletion period for infrastructure logs or email messages.

There is no active purchase, video-generation or uploaded-photo retention period for the public studio today. Future payment and generation features will require updated disclosures describing providers, storage and retention before they are offered.

Your choices and requests

You may simply avoid selecting a photo, remove a selected photo, block third-party font requests using browser controls, and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we actually hold about you, where applicable. We may need to verify a request before responding and may retain information required by law or for legitimate security needs. You can also raise a concern with the appropriate privacy regulator where you live.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date above records the latest version. Before enabling uploads, payments or AI processing in the public studio, we will update this notice to explain those practices and any related third-party processors.
