Support email
Email hello@zombievideolab.com. This is the currently published support mailbox for the same project team; it is not an indication that the Tiny Desk AI Videos site is a Zombie Video Lab product or an NPR partner. Please mention tinydeskaivideos.com in your subject line so we can identify your request.
We do not provide live chat or a guaranteed response time. Do not email photographs, passwords, API keys, sensitive personal data or full card numbers.
What to include
For a general question, describe the page and the issue. For a privacy or rights request, use the subject “Tiny Desk AI Videos — Privacy request” or “Tiny Desk AI Videos — Rights report” and provide enough information to locate the matter without sending the image itself. For a security concern use “Tiny Desk AI Videos — Security report”.
Payments and generation
Checkout and generation are not available on the public preview. If you believe you were charged in connection with this site, contact us with the date, amount and payment reference (never a full card number) and check the charge's merchant name with your payment provider.
