Agreement and eligibility

By browsing or using tinydeskaivideos.com you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the studio. You must be at least 18 to select a portrait for this concept preview, and every identifiable person depicted must be an adult.

Current service and independent status

The studio currently previews a selected portrait in your browser and plays a pre-existing reference sample. It does not upload your selected photo, create a personalized video, take payment, deliver files or provide an account. Text about generating videos and the listed $5.99/$8.99 USD Standard/HD prices describe planned functionality, not an available offer.

This is an independent, unofficial site, not affiliated with NPR or Tiny Desk Concerts. Do not represent any future output or our sample as an official concert, a real performance or an endorsement.

Your content and consent

You retain any rights you have in the photo you choose. You are responsible for having the right to use the photo and the informed permission of every identifiable adult portrayed. Do not choose confidential or third-party content without authorization. The current local preview does not grant us ownership of your photo or upload it to us.

Prohibited uses

Do not depict minors, use another person's likeness without consent, create deceptive impersonations or non-consensual intimate content, infringe intellectual property, harass or defraud others, or try to bypass site protections. AI limitations and third-party rights

If generation is introduced later, AI results may vary, fail, or include inaccuracies; the availability of any particular music, voice, resolution, turnaround time, commercial rights or download period is not promised by this preview. You remain responsible for respecting the rights of people and copyright owners in anything you publish. We do not guarantee exclusive ownership of future AI outputs.

Payments, refunds and service changes

No payment is being collected through the current public studio. Planned prices are not a checkout, subscription or binding sale. Before selling any video, we will publish the actual checkout, delivery, cancellation and refund conditions and identify the merchant as required. The Refund & delivery page explains the present position. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update, suspend or discontinue the preview and revise these terms; updated terms will show a new date. The site is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose, and we do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
