Illustrated concert setting, not a generated videoCONCEPT ART

1. Choose a portrait with room to breathe

Start with a sharp photo of one adult who has agreed to appear. Keep the face visible and leave some space around the head and shoulders. Soft window light is a useful starting point; a busy group photo or a tightly cropped face gives you less room to imagine a microphone and a performance setting.

In our current studio, selecting a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB creates a local browser preview. It does not upload the picture, transform it or start a video job.

2. Decide on a small-room concert mood

Think bookshelves, warm lamps and a performer close to the microphone, rather than a huge arena. Choose one visual direction: a quiet acoustic session, a colorful rehearsal room or a late-night set. The four illustrations on our homepage show framing ideas, not four guaranteed shots in a finished video.

3. Understand the quality choices

The planned options are Standard 480p at $5.99 and HD 720p at $8.99, priced per video rather than as a subscription or credit bundle. Choosing a quality in the preview is not a purchase. Higher resolution alone would not guarantee better face consistency, natural motion or accurate lip sync.

4. Check the result before sharing — after launch

Once a working generator exists, review any output for facial changes, awkward hands and misleading details before sharing it. Make clear that the scene is AI-created rather than a real concert appearance.

For now, Generate and checkout are unavailable. Duration, audio and download details will be published after testing. Tiny Desk AI Videos is independent and is not affiliated with NPR or Tiny Desk Concerts.
